General Terms
c6zz is an online gaming platform that provides casino games, sports betting, and live gaming services for users in Bangladesh. These Terms define the contractual relationship between the organization operating the c6zz platform ("Company") and registered users ("Members").

3.3 KYC Verification
c6zz conducts a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process for the purposes of security and fraud prevention. Identity verification may be mandatory in the following cases:

- If suspicious activity is detected by the system.
- During routine security reviews of an account.
A national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identity document may be required for verification.

4.1 Deposit Terms
- The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
- If a deposit amount is incorrect, the support team must be notified immediately.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawals may only be made using the same method used to make the deposit.
- The account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be made.

Bonus and Promotional Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members making their first deposit at c6zz are eligible to receive a 150% bonus up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, if you deposit ৳2,000, you will receive a ৳3,000 bonus.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x). This means you must place bets totaling 15 times the bonus amount received before a withdrawal can be made.
- The period for completing the wagering requirement begins from the date the bonus is activated.
- Bets placed on certain games may be counted differently toward the wagering calculation.
- Having more than one bonus active at the same time is not permitted.
5.3 Other Promotions
All promotions, including reload bonuses, cashback offers, tournament prizes, and VIP benefits, are subject to their own terms. Please read the specific terms provided with each offer carefully.
Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Guarantee

Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Company Authority
c6zz reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account, without prior notice, for any reason, particularly in cases of violations of the Terms or suspicious activity.
8.2 Balance During Suspension
Funds legitimately deposited will be protected while an account is suspended. If the member is found to be innocent after the investigation is complete, those funds will be returned. However, if a violation of the Terms is proven, the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it may be forfeited.
8.3 Voluntary Account Closure
You may close your account at any time by contacting us through 24/7 live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Any remaining valid balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed.
Responsible Gaming

12.1 Dispute Resolution
For any dispute between c6zz and a member, a direct resolution will first be attempted via 24/7 live chat or through [email protected]. Our team is committed to providing a fair and prompt resolution at all times.
12.2 Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, together with the policies referenced within them, form the entire agreement between c6zz and the member. If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
